How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

Every order is roasted within 48 hours of shipping. Bags are typically delivered between 3 and 6 days after the roast date depending on your zip code.

Do you sell ground coffee?

Yes. At checkout you can choose whole bean or a grind size matched to your brewer. We recommend whole bean if you own a grinder — ground coffee loses freshness much faster.

Is your coffee organic?

About 60% of our offerings are certified organic. We list certifications clearly on each product page. Many of our farm partners practice organic methods without paying for the certification, which we note as well.

Will black coffee break my intermittent fast?

Plain black coffee has fewer than 5 calories per cup and is widely considered fine during a fasting window. Adding milk, cream, or sweeteners does break a fast in most definitions. We are not medical professionals — consult your doctor for personal guidance.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly delivery on any bag. Subscribers save 15% and can skip, pause, or cancel from their account at any time.

What's your return policy?

If you're not happy with your coffee for any reason, email us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. We don't make you ship the bag back — we trust our customers.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship across the United States and to Canada. International expansion is on the roadmap for late 2026.

How long does coffee stay fresh?

Sealed in our one-way valve bags, coffee is at peak from day 5 through day 30 off the roast. After the bag is opened, aim to use it within 2–3 weeks for best flavor.

Can I visit the roastery?

Absolutely. We're open Tuesday through Saturday at 509 Weekley Street in San Antonio. Free public cuppings every Saturday at 10am, first come first seated.

Do you do wholesale?
