When we ship

We roast Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Orders placed before noon Central on a roast day ship the same day. Orders placed after noon ship on the next roast day.

How long it takes

What it costs

Flat $6 shipping on orders under $45 within the contiguous US. Free shipping on orders $45 and over. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada have live rates calculated at checkout.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders always ship free within the contiguous US and save 15% off list price. Manage your schedule, skip a shipment, or cancel from your account at any time — no phone call required.

Returns and replacements

If your coffee arrives damaged, stale, or just isn't to your taste, email us within 30 days at admin@weightlosscoffeeworks.com. We'll refund you in full or send a replacement bag of your choice. You do not need to ship the original bag back to us — that's wasteful and we trust our customers.

Lost or stuck packages

Once a package leaves our roastery, it's in the carrier's hands. If a tracking number hasn't updated in 5 business days or the package is marked delivered but missing, contact us and we'll file a claim and reship at no cost to you.

Wholesale and large orders

For orders over 25 lbs or recurring wholesale accounts, please email or call us directly to set up custom shipping arrangements.
