Every order is roasted within 48 hours of purchase and shipped from our Southfield, Michigan roastery via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Standard delivery time is 3–6 business days across the continental United States. Canadian orders arrive in 6–10 business days via USPS International.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking within 48 hours of your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder — otherwise, contact us at security@weightlosscoffeeworks.com and we'll dig in.
We want you to love your first bag. If you don't, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it in full — no need to ship the coffee back. For subsequent orders, unopened bags may be returned within 14 days for a refund minus return shipping.
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the shipping date. We'll replace it or refund it — your choice.
