These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at weightlosscoffeeworks.com and any related services provided by Weight Loss Coffee Works, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the case of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
We ship via USPS and UPS to addresses in the United States and Canada. Please see our Shipping page for delivery times and fees.
If you are not satisfied with your first bag, contact us within 30 days at security@weightlosscoffeeworks.com for a full refund. You do not need to return the coffee. Subsequent orders may be returned unopened within 14 days for a refund minus return shipping.
Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval you select. You may skip, pause, or cancel from your account at any time before the next renewal date.
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Weight Loss Coffee Works, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We work hard to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free. Colors, packaging, and roast profiles may vary slightly between batches.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
