Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what we need to fulfill your orders and improve the site:

• Contact & shipping information you provide at checkout (name, email, mailing address, phone).
• Payment information — processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Order history tied to your account if you create one.
• Analytics data — anonymized page-view information collected via cookies (see Cookie Policy).
• Email correspondence you send us.

How we use it

• To process and ship your orders.
• To respond to customer service inquiries.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (with your consent) marketing emails.
• To understand which pages and products customers find useful.
• To prevent fraud and comply with applicable law.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing. We do not use your email for anything you didn't sign up for.

Service providers

We rely on trusted vendors for shipping (USPS, UPS), payment processing, email delivery, and website analytics. Each provider has access only to the minimum data needed to perform its function.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your account by emailing admin@weightlosscoffeeworks.com. Children

Our products and site are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

If we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy here with a new "last updated" date and, when appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
