Accessibility Statement
We want everybody to be able to read about and buy our coffee. This statement records where we stand and how to tell us when we fall short.

1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across weightlosscoffeeworks.com. Accessibility is reviewed whenever we redesign a page and at least once a year.
2. What we have implemented
- Semantic HTML landmarks and a visible skip-to-content link on every page.
- Text contrast tested against WCAG AA ratios for body copy and interactive elements.
- Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu, accordions and the cookie banner, with visible focus outlines.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and empty alt on decorative ones.
- Form labels bound to inputs, with errors announced in text rather than colour alone.
- Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting: all animation is disabled when your system requests it.
- Responsive layout that reflows to 320 px and supports 200% zoom without loss of content.
3. Known limitations
- The embedded map on our contact page is supplied by a third party and may not be fully keyboard navigable. The same address and directions are always given in text beside it.
- Some older journal entries contain tables that read less clearly on small screens with a screen reader; we are rewriting them.
4. Assistive technology tested
Pages are tested with NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom at 200% and 400%.
5. Feedback and reporting a barrier
If you hit a barrier on this site, email services@weightlosscoffeeworks.com or call 631-621-7985. Tell us the page and what happened. We acknowledge within two business days and aim to fix confirmed issues within thirty. If a fix takes longer, we will supply the information you needed in another format — by phone, email or plain-text document — at no cost.
6. Formal complaints
