From order to first sip.
A simple flow, on purpose. Here's exactly what happens after you place an order.
Choose your blend
Pick between Morning Lift, Cinnamon Reset, or Focus Roast. Select grind — whole bean, drip, french press, espresso — and quantity. One-time or subscription, up to you.
We roast it fresh
Orders placed before Sunday 6pm ET are included in Monday's roast batch. Orders after that go into Thursday's batch. You'll get an email the moment the beans hit the cooling tray.
Ships within 48 hours
We pack in kraft-paper bags with a one-way degassing valve, add a hand-written note, and drop it in USPS Priority Mail. Most U.S. addresses receive within 2-4 business days.
Rest, then brew
Let the bag rest 24-72 hours after arrival — this lets the CO₂ settle for a cleaner extraction. Then follow the brew card tucked inside. Water temperature matters more than any ratio.
Enjoy — and tell us
We include a QR code on every bag that lets you rate the roast. Your feedback shapes the next batch. Not happy? We'll re-roast or refund, no questions.
Answers to what you're probably wondering.
Is this a weight-loss product?
No. Nash Street Roasters coffee is a beverage, not a supplement or medical product. Our functional ingredients (green coffee extract, ceylon cinnamon, MCT) are food ingredients used in reasonable culinary amounts. Any dietary or health decision should be made with your doctor.
How much caffeine is in each blend?
Morning Lift: ~95mg per 8oz. Cinnamon Reset: ~55mg (half-caf). Focus Roast: ~110mg. Values are approximate and vary by brew method.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We currently ship within the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. International shipping is on our 2027 roadmap.
Can I return a bag?
Yes. If a bag arrives damaged or you're not happy with the roast, email us at legal@weightlosscoffeeworks.com within 30 days for a full refund or a re-ship. See our Return Policy.
Are the beans organic?
Our Ethiopian and Colombian lots are certified organic. The Sumatran lot is not currently certified but is grown to organic standards; we publish the farm's practices on request.
Can I visit the roastery?
Yes — public tours run the first Saturday of each month, 10am-noon. Reserve a spot by emailing legal@weightlosscoffeeworks.com. There is no cost, but space is limited to 12 people.
