1. Agreement

By using weightlosscoffeeworks.com or placing an order you accept these terms. The site is operated by Harborlight Coffee Works, 1045 Feathers Hooves Drive, New York, NY 10011, USA. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that the payment method is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

3. Products

We sell roasted coffee and coffee blends as food products. Photographs are illustrative; beans are an agricultural product and colour, size and tasting notes vary between harvests and roast batches. Ingredient lists and caffeine values are given on each product page and printed on each bag.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was displayed in error, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, we refund any amount already taken in full.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is applied at checkout where required.
• Payment is taken at the time of purchase, or on the roast morning for subscriptions.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
• If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.

6. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions run on a four-week cycle with no minimum term.
• You are charged on the roast morning of each cycle and receive a reminder email at least 24 hours earlier.
• You may skip, pause, change roast or cancel at any time using the link in any order email, or by replying to it. There is no cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received before the roast morning apply to the next cycle; cancellations after billing take effect from the following cycle and the roasted order still ships.

7. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather or events outside our reasonable control, but we will always help you trace a delayed parcel.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these terms and sets out your 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, resell our products as your own without a wholesale agreement, or reproduce our text, photography or logo without written permission. All site content is our copyright unless stated otherwise.

10. Health and product claims

Our products are foods, not medicines or dietary supplements. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a promise of any health, body-composition or weight outcome. See our Disclaimer for the full statement. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or caffeine intake.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York. We ask that you contact us first — almost every complaint we have ever received was settled with one phone call.

13. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our business or the law. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
