How the subscription actually behaves
You are charged the day we roast
Not on signup day and not a week early. The charge and the roast happen together, and you get an email the morning before with a link to skip.
Skipping is one click
Every pre-shipment email has a skip link. Skipping never cancels the plan and never changes your price.
Cancelling takes no conversation
Use the link in any order email or reply to it. Cancellation is processed the same business day and confirmed in writing.
Prices are locked while you stay
If our retail price rises, active subscribers keep the price they signed up at for at least twelve months.
Roast changes are free
Switch between any blends of the same size at no cost, as often as you like.
No hidden renewal terms

Wholesale
Serving our coffee at your counter
We supply 41 cafes, gyms, studios and offices across the tri-state area, on 5 lb bags with standing weekly or fortnightly delivery. Wholesale accounts include free dial-in support for your espresso setup and printed origin cards for your counter.
Minimum first order is 10 lb. Net-14 terms available after three months of trading. Contact Dana on 631-621-7985 or email services@weightlosscoffeeworks.com with your volume and we will send a price sheet the same week.
