Return & Refund Policy

Our 30-day promise: if something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Our promise

If a bag arrives damaged, tastes off, or simply isn't for you, we'll make it right. No lengthy forms and no restocking fees.

Unopened bags

Return unopened bags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email legal@weightlosscoffeeworks.com for a prepaid return label.

Opened bags

If you're unhappy with the roast after opening a bag, contact us within 30 days. We'll either re-roast the same blend to a different profile or refund the bag in full — you don't need to send it back.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately, no return needed.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days once we've reviewed your request. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of our error.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing legal@weightlosscoffeeworks.com at least 48 hours before the next roast date. We do not charge cancellation fees.
