Refund Policy

If a bag isn't right, we'll make it right.

The short version

If your order arrives damaged, late beyond the carrier's commitment, or you genuinely don't enjoy a blend, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. We don't usually ask for the coffee back — it's hard to ship roasted beans twice and have them taste right.

How to request

  1. Email us with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong.
  2. If a photo helps (damaged bag, wrong item), include one.
  3. We'll respond within one business day with the resolution.

Subscriptions

Already-shipped subscription orders aren't refundable, but we'll happily skip or cancel future orders right away. Manage from your account or email us.

Exceptions

Gift cards and starter flights are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit at any time.
